Inspired by the sea.

These new tiles are inspired by my home near the sea. Located on the east coast, St. John's is the most easterly city in Canada. Many artists have chosen the city as their home or their home away from home. Two of the places I love to visit for inspiration are Cape Spear and Middle Cove Beach. One of my favorite activities at the beach is collecting shells to use in mosaics and other artwork. I can literally spend hours with the sea and lose all sense of time.
