Newfoundland Tole Painting

While stopping in the community of Bay Roberts, Newfoundland for a bit of personal grooming I had a chance meeting with a young hairdresser and tole painter.  I inquired about her work and with the technology we have today, she was able to show me some pictures of her work. There were some cute Newfoundland inspired Christmas ornaments as well as a beautiful hand painted antique chair. Her name is Stacey Peddle and here are a couple of photos that I asked Stacey to send me. Perhaps we will see her someday soon exhibiting at one of our Newfoundland Craft shows!
