It's the season before the season! For another few days there will be pumkins and ghosts adorning store windows. At the end of the month we will have all sizes of kids decked out as fashionable musicians, movie stars as well as witches and goblins, angels and devils lining our streets. BUT as soon as the door closes on the last trick or treater, plans are underway for window designers and mall decorators. The Christmas shopping season will be well on its way. I have to say I enjoy roaming the mall at this time of year, listening to Chrismas music and planning my purchases for the big day.
It's that time of year when crafters everywhere are consumed with the process of making, making everything and anything, making for pleasure, making for sales, making for gifts, for family and friends. I too am making AND for all of these reasons. I can't be too specific as I will give away some surprises! But, I am including some pictures of some pottery I have been working on.
